Children In Poverty

Our projects throughout the year included:

• "Back-To-School" a project providing local homeless children with a new school wardrobe, and bookbags with school supplies.
• "Keeping Kids Warm" a project providing local homeless children with warm winter coat, hats, scarfs, mittens, and boots.
• "The Penney Project" collecting 30,000 pennies representing 30,000 children from Delaware living in poverty. (Funds were used to purchase a bunk bed for a local shelter for homeless children.)
